Delivery information

Where do you ship?

SPAIN

We currently ship to PENINSULAR SPAIN. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

INTERNATIONAL

We also ship to the other states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be shown at the end of the order based on the delivery address.

In Spain

The shipping cost is 4.99 EUR for all orders with a value less than 100 EUR, regardless of destination and payment method.

For orders over 100 EUR, shipping is free.

In the European Union

The shipping cost is 15 EUR for all orders, regardless of the order value.

Shipping rates include VAT.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery will be made by courier services usually within 3 days.

Delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier processing times.

The delivery time for intra-community shipments is 5 to 7 business days from the moment the order is dispatched.

Where is my order?

You can track the shipment through the order tracking link included in the order confirmation email.

I did not receive my order.

If you have not received the products within a reasonable time (7-10 days after the package was sent), contact us at: contact@abelia.es.

Return Information

How do I return a product?

You can return the products purchased on the website if: the products have serious defects or damage; the delivered products are different (specifications, quantity, etc.) compared to the order placed; the products have significant manufacturing defects.

You have 14 natural days from receipt of non-conforming products to contact us and request a return.

The value of the products will be refunded in full, excluding the cost of initial transportation.

Shipping costs for returned products will be borne by us.

According to current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, notifying us in writing.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract, the shipping costs of the returned products will be borne by the buyer.

The products can only be returned if they do not show signs of physical wear or damage, are properly packed (preferably in the original packaging) and are accompanied by the issued invoice.

Can I change a product?

Currently, products purchased on our website can only be replaced by returning and placing a new order.

How can I receive a refund?

In the case of orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used to purchase the product.

Payment will be made within 3-14 days after the return is accepted.

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:


  • Online when ordering, using a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.
